Laird A. Fairchild
Laird A. Fairchild is a principal with Hunter Chase Capital Partners (HCCP) - a full service real estate development, construction, management, and investment firm located in Southlake, Texas.
Mr. Fairchild originally joined Hunter Chase in 2004 with the primary responsibility of managing the sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and closing of real estate investments as well as overseeing the Dallas operations. In this position, Mr. Fairchild played an integral role in the capitalization that resulted in the acquisition, renovation and eventual highly-successful divestment of the Austin Hyatt in downtown Austin, Texas.

Chad Patton is First Vice President-Branch Manger with Wells Fargo Advisors.
Chad earned a BS from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He attended graduate school at the University of St. Francis.
Chad is currently a councilman for the city of Southlake. He previously served on the Executive Board of The Pro Players Foundation. Chad is also a member of the Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association, The Tarrant County Probate Bar Association and the Southlake Executive Forum.

Jeffrey M. Trigger
Jeffrey M. Trigger is Founder and President of La Corsha Hospitality Group headquartered in Austin, Texas.
As a native of the California wine country, Mr. Trigger began his career with Amfac Resorts in California and Hawaii prior to being transferred to The Historic Adolphus Hotel in Dallas in 1984. He was later recruited by Rosewood Hotels and Resorts in 1991 to become the Managing Director of The Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas. In 1999 he was recruited to restore and reposition The Driskill Hotel in Austin Texas, and one year after the hotel's successful sale in 2005, Mr. Trigger launched La Corsha Hospitality Group.

Mark Rawlings - Restoration Specialist
Mark Rawlings comes from a family of construction pioneers dating back to the early 20th century. His great grandfather owned and operated east Texas sawmills and a lumberyard where his grandfather and father learned how the utilization of raw materials to build homes could be used not only to provide a living for their families but other families in the community as well. With construction inherently in his blood, Mark worked alongside his father to learn all aspects of the building process and later found his niche in the hospitality industry, specializing in restaurants and bars.
